Quore's Hotel Success Team

Great customer service means that when customers call Quore, they know they’ll always talk to a real person. Our Hotel Success Team fields calls daily from users all over the world. They help new customers get started setting up their hotel, answer questions about Quore’s different features, help users better understand how Quore can expedite their processes and more!

Our Success Team has a combined total of 70+ years of hospitality experience, which makes them uniquely equipped to help the hoteliers they speak to every day. They’ve worked at the front desk, in housekeeping, management and beyond so they know exactly what our customers are going through and how to best assist them. Suzanne Perry, the Success Team Manager, has spent many years working in hospitality and is passionate about leading her team and serving our customers.

Since most customers only ever speak to our Success Specialists over the phone, we want to put faces to names here and help everyone get to know the voices on the end of the line a little better. Meet our Hotel Success Team!

Allison Briggs customer service

Allison Briggs

Allison is the most tenured member of the Success Team and was actually one of Quore’s very first employees. She’s been with Quore for almost 9 years! Prior to joining the team, Allison worked at a Hampton Inn & Suites here in the Nashville area. One of the first things she did after starting at Quore was to get her old hotel started using it! She loves being part of a team that customers can rely on and how pleasantly surprised many customers are when they call Quore only to realize the person they’re talking to also used to work in a hotel. When Allison’s not at work, she enjoys playing video games and catching up on TV, especially her favorite show of all time: Stranger Things.

Noelia Pimentel

Noelia is one of our bilingual Success Specialists, and she worked at several high-profile hotels in both Peru and the U.S. before joining #TeamQuore. One of her favorite parts of being a Success Specialist is speaking with Quore customers from all over the world and learning more about them, where they’re from and finding things in common. When Noelia’s not at work, she enjoys watching movies, traveling to new places and trying new things!

Bianca Curtis

Bianca worked as a Sales Manager at the Hyatt House Nashville/Vanderbilt before coming to work at Quore. Her favorite thing about being a Success Specialist is building relationships with customers. In fact, she often finds that when she’s speaking to users she has as much to learn from them as they do from her, which is always a fun and unexpected experience. When she’s not at work, you can find Bianca spending quality time with her family.

Ale Medina

Ale is another one of our bilingual Success Specialists. Before Quore, she worked at a payment processing company. Her favorite thing about working at Quore is her team, the great leadership and our fun work environment! Whether it’s a holiday, a milestone or just another Tuesday, #TeamQuore will find any reason to throw a party and have fun together. Outside of work, Ale is an avid traveler and loves attending music festivals.

Lauren Cooper

Lauren came to Quore from the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt, where she worked at the front desk and in management. Her favorite part of her job is speaking with customers and helping them understand all the ways Quore can help them become more efficient in their day-to-day tasks. When she’s not at work, she loves attending local Nashville sporting events and going to songwriter rounds. This is Music City, after all!

Anna Lee McDonald

Anna Lee worked in various roles for brands like Hilton, Marriott and Loews Hotels before coming to Quore. Her favorite thing about her job is training new customers and getting them excited about using Quore at their hotel! With 7 years of hospitality experience herself, she knows just how useful Quore is to our users. Anna Lee loves how a simple phone call with customers can turn into a zoom training session—whatever customers need help with, she’ll find a way to assist. When she’s not at work, Anna Lee enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and playing tennis.

Our Success Specialists love coming into work every day and making the lives of our users better by ensuring great customer service. The fun company culture and welcoming environment here at Quore is just a nice bonus.
