From building your hotels within our system to onboarding your teams and answering product questions-they’re Quore experts who are passionate about providing quality service. And did we mention that most of them have hotel backgrounds, too?
Of course, we could go on and on about how wonderful they are, but we think that our users might be better at explaining how valuable this team is.

We’ve had customers express sincere gratitude for Success Specialists reaching out for ongoing QA (Quality Assurance) inspection preparation to make sure they’re using the templates their management company requires. The implementation of our Success program, as opposed to just the usual Support, means that Support becomes an active part of your Quore experience. Our team doesn’t just passively wait for our customers to reach out when they have problems-they connect proactively, before there’s a problem, so that they can ensure quality Quore usage and ensure that you and your team have the best experience. For example, if our team notices that your hotel isn’t using Quore to its fullest potential, they’ll reach out to make sure that you have everything you need to succeed, including training.
