2017 has been an incredibly memorable year here at Quore-from global growth to brand new features. We’re proud of what we accomplished and grateful to our amazing customers who helped make this possible. As we wrap up the year and look towards 2018, let’s take a look back at our top twelve milestones of 2017 (hint: one of them is you!):
2,500 Hotels and Counting: We’re proud to say Quore is used every day by more than 2,500 hotels.
Gone Global: Among those 2,500 hotels are several international locations. We also launched our first round of localization, improving Spanish translations across Quore and fully translating Quore Learn into Spanish.
Introducing Quore Learn: In case you haven’t heard, we recently launched a brand new support center full of helpful how-tos and expert tips to guide you through all of our 20+ apps.
We Now Offer 24/7 Support: If Quore Learn doesn’t have what you’re looking for, or you just want to say hi to our wonderful support team, you can call or email our 24/7 support line for help. Whether you need help this year or the next, we’ll be here to assist you!
Launched the Cleanings App: The Cleanings app took our former Rooms Book cleanings feature and gave it its own dedicated space, as well as some impressive new features.
Redesigned the To Do App: The To Do app got a makeover that did much more than beautify. We streamlined the creation process for work orders, requests, satisfaction call reminders, and tasks for faster, smarter task management.
Made a New Office Home: Our apps aren’t the only thing that got a fresh look. Earlier this year we relocated from historic Downtown Franklin, TN to the Cool Springs area. We needed all the extra space because…
Our Work Force Doubled: Our work force jumped from just over 20 employees to 43 (and counting!). Our teams are rapidly expanding to better serve our users around the world.
Quore Turned Five: Has it really been five years already? Take a look back on where we’ve been.
Chi Chi Turned Ten: Quore’s not the only one that celebrating a major birthday. Our office dog and mascot, Chi Chi, is a whole decade old.
Quore Named a Finalist for Best Places to Work in Nashville: We were honored to be named a finalist for the Best Place to Work in Nashville award from Nashville Business Journal. All of us quirky members of Team Quore feel seriously lucky.
